Originally conceived as a holistic child development center, we have adapted to meet our community’s pressing needs by also providing workforce development and professional growth opportunities—all grounded in Christian values.

Purpose Character Leadership Academy is committed to shaping the future of Connecticut by empowering young people with faith, identity, purpose, and real-world skills. We refuse to allow culture to disciple our children more than the Church does.
This is a Kingdom call. And we believe the Church must lead it.
Why PCLA Exists
We exist because families are fighting battles most never see:
• Children are losing their sense of identity.
• Mental health struggles are skyrocketing.
• Schools are overwhelmed.
• Faith foundations are fading.
• Too many youth don’t see a future worth fighting for.
We are not willing to sit back and watch another generation slip through the cracks.
We are raising leaders who know who they are and why they’re here.
What We’re Doing About It
PCLA equips young people spiritually, academically, and vocationally to break cycles and build legacy.
Our current initiatives include:
• STRONG Program — discipling youth in body, mind, and spirit
• Saturday Academy — workforce skills + mentorship
• Kingdom Trades & Tech Pathways — preparing youth for high-demand careers
• Community Engagement & Outreach — serving those around us with love and excellence
