Thursday, October 2 
STRONG Program Launch
Location: Annex
Time: 6:00–8:00 PM

Parent Orientation and Student Kickoff
Session 1: Mind Your Mind

Friday, October 3
Youth Movie Night
Location: Church Green
Time: 6:00–10:00 PM (Check-in opens at 6:00 PM)

What to Expect:
6:00 PM - Dinner Time Ya'll
6:30 PM - I Spy and Win a Prize!! (We have a HUGE prize!!)
7:00 PM - Get to the concessions because the movie is about to begin!! 
After the move we play clean up clean up everybody everywhere! 

What to Bring: A blanket or lawn chair for the movie and a jacket or sweatshirt for cooler evening weather (looks like it will be around 60 degrees..)

Saturday, October 4
Harvest Family Field Day
Location: Mountain Mist
576 High Hill Road
Meriden, CT 06450
Time: 1:00–4:00 PM
(Check-in opens at 1PM)

Afternoon Schedule:
1:00 PM – Chili Cook-Off
Cast your vote by 1:30 PM
1:30 PM – Lunch
2:30 PM – Family Games Begin
Sack Race | Tire Toss | Egg Race | Streamer Challenge | Tug-of-War | Dress-Up Relay
Awards Ceremony Finale
Prizes, recognition, and goody bags for all kids

Extra Fun:
Silly songs on loop starting at 2:30 PM at the pavilion
“Who’s That?” with Mrs. Who (Betty), where kids earn Bible Bucks by sharing Scriptures
Family photobooth available all afternoon

What to Bring:
CANNNNNNNNNSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!
Whoever brings the most cans - we have something special for you!! 
Comfortable clothing and sneakers
A big huge stinkin’ smile!!

Weather Plan: In case of rain, Saturday’s Field Day will be relocated to the pavilion at Mountain Mist with Tabletop Games. Updates will be texted & posted on our church app

Sunday, October 5
Kingdom Family Finale
Location: GFC Sanctuary
Times: 10:00 AM & 12:00 PM Services

What to Expect:
Missions Offering – A chance for us to sow into God’s work locally and globally (and we have something FUN to share!!) Worship & Word – A powerful focus on Kingdom Families and building a godly legacy together

After Both Services: Triple L Senior Outreach – Teams go out into the community to love on seniors with prayer, worship, and encouragement

Why We Gather: Kingdom Family Weekend is about building community, celebrating God’s goodness, and giving families space to laugh, play, and grow together. Whether around the dinner table, cheering at a race, or worshiping under the stars, we believe these moments leave lasting Kingdom impact.
